I only had $90 there, so getting my money back isn't much of a deal. Can I play there? That's the real question. If not, it's not such big news to (although I realize it might be to others).

The really cool thing is you will need to tell the Dept. of Justice that while playing poker, a game they believe is illegal, on a web site they feel is illegal, you made an illegal money transfer and in the process of playing said game, you made money and now you want that money transferred to your checking account.
Go for it.
