I am, however, suggesting that "implied money" is a dangerous concept that will get you calling off a lot of money preflop.CJhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00332618572275553171noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7410122.post-1147972842143769302006-05-18T10:20:00.000-07:002006-05-18T10:20:00.000-07:00Your always so willing to assume that A. I have seen ALOT of smart players assume they are being bluffed when someone pushes all in and they get stacked.

As long as I do not call every raise with small s00ted cards, and as long as I keep changing my game, keep going from tight-ass to loose and free and back again, I think it will make me a dangerous player. Changing from bluffing hands to having monsters. Nobody will be able to put me on a hand.. and that my friend is playing Poker. IMHO.SirFWALGManhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01310209706844541719noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7410122.post-1147966408107268882006-05-18T08:33:00.000-07:002006-05-18T08:33:00.000-07:00"Did I play incorrectly because I called off 1.50 ..."Did I play incorrectly because I called off 1.50 with over fifty dollars in implied money?"

Are you saying to call raises with this hand because you expect your opponent to go all-in when you hit your flop? I'm not sure you can always consider your opponents stack "implied money."

That's a great way to die by a thousand pricks, I guess.CJhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00332618572275553171noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7410122.post-1147963865571267642006-05-18T07:51:00.000-07:002006-05-18T07:51:00.000-07:00No Ace of hearts. He asked me several times.

This guy was playing every hand, literally every hand, to a showdown and losing most of the time.

Out of misplaced compassion, I finally told him that he'd win as long as he's dealt into the hand. He didn't respond, but he folded the next hand.C.L. You have no idea how scary it was to be in between you and Jordan, and to bust him out and then cripple you. I was stunned. Glad to see the cash tables were working for ya. I'm actually finally working on my cash game as I clear a bonus at Party. Small chunks, but effective. As Pauly said, hit it and quit it. See ya out there.iamhoffhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00906251208254471487noreply@blogger.com
