Please consider going to a doctor about this. Also please do some research on manic depression. I do not think it's likely you have a problem but it is worth finding out for sure and they are very treatable these days. Fuck anybody that thinks there's a stigma attached to getting help. Being healthy is too important to worry about that shit.
This is not criticism or an insult. It's a friend that's worried about you.
