Some Nights it is just.. easy..

This guy deserves what he got after he calls a raise pre-flop and then a decent size bet on the flop. He 2-pairs up and I make a flush. I have no idea why he called my river bet when there were four spades on the board. I had not played a single "special" hand yet. Not shown a 23o. Nothing. I have no idea what he though I had.

SirFWALGMan: shows [Ks As] (a flush, Ace high)
Tatzan2: mucks hand
SirFWALGMan collected $53.55 from pot
Tatzan2 leaves the table
Seat 3: Tatzan2 mucked [Kh 6h]

Shortly afterwards this happens.. Sweet. It almost makes you feel like you know what you are doing.. of course that is so not true..

*** SHOW DOWN ***
SirFWALGMan: shows [6c 6d] (a full house, Sixes full of Deuces)
122446: mucks hand
SirFWALGMan collected $57.30 from pot
*** SUMMARY ***
Total pot $60.25 | Rake $2.95
Board [6s Kc 2d 2s 5h]

Seat 1: 122446 mucked [Qc Kd]

My biggest loss in this session was six bucks when I made a fold on the river to an all in. He may have been bluffing me but that is ok. I just waited until I had a monster and looked weak again so I would induce players to bet into me. It worked good.

Played the mookie tonight. Not just once was I hit by a flopped straight but twice! TWO FREAKING TIME! What the hell are the odds against that? I had a decent hand and when the board flushed at the river I made a play for the rest of my chips.. and the ass end of the straight made a nice call and busted me. Yeah a Flush and a higher straight beat him. Yes it was raised $150 pre-flop, yes, he did called with 89o, and yes, he made the right call because he could not imagine being behind. Oh well. I am getting sick of the Mookies lately.

And some nights the pain just keeps coming. Donked off my winnings. Every hand was frustrating. When I hit a nut straight I had to split it. Hit a set? Lose to a higher one. Oh well. Basically a break even night for me. Tomorrow is another day.

Thanks for all the tourney pimpin' and of course playing. I didn't see the hands go down live but it sounds like it was a tough run.

Don't forget The Mookie is your cash cow, one off week won't change that. :)

Hey champ...don't know how i missed this post! Classic, absolutely classic...whoever that idiot was with the flopped straight needs his head examined!

Nice run at The Not tonight, saw you take out some rookie with a beautiful read on his Jacks and premonition of an imminent A. Beautiful.

Seriously, Waffles, you are a force of nature. Nice tourney.
