ME: Well, normally I play 1/2 and 2/4. So I get a little cocky and decide to put $100 on a 3/6 table. I lost it.
WIFE: Oh.
ME: Yeah, so then I decide to win it all back at a 5/10 table.
WIFE: Okkkaayyy.
ME: So I lost another 250.
WIFE: oh.
ME: SO then I am so fucking pissed off I take my last 460 bucks and put it on a 30/60 table.
WIFE: And you lost your whole bankroll again?
ME: Fuck no! I made 1K in 5 minutes when I flopped a nut flush! BOO YA!
WIFE: Nice!!

Not to be your mommy or anything, but doubleas has a valid question. Sounds like you stopped playing poker and gambled and won.
God I hate to sound preachy, but you must find something to stop you from doing that when you don't have the bankroll for it.
Anyway, back to the positives. Good luck parlaying that into the right size bankroll for the limits you should be playing at.
